Default Dieing to Take Over

Here's an idea that popped in my head:

If you die you can double click a henchmen and be able to take control of that henchmen and play as if you were them until your character is resurrected. It might give players something to do other than to yell at Alesia for tanking and Claude for standing around sacrificing his life to give Little Thom more energy.

Yes... far too easy to exploit, especially for potential griefers...

It's a nice thought though...

And isn't part of the game for you to keep alive. Why should you be able to just pick up another character and keep playing until you get rezzed. No, not a good idea. There should be some immediate penalty for you dying. Like watching Alesia be an idiot.

maybe potetially limted contol. when you die you follow a hench. you can tehn call targets and they might not but they may follow your calls. Hate when i'm running solo with hench and get knocked out and after they kill my last call they degrade into chaos not attacking the same target.

make it that when you die the henchman rolls a 100 die and if its say 60 of below they follow your calls, call it intution guiding them, but if not they just act on thier own. This way you can have a chance of the henchman not becoming completly mindless and go from working together to everyone attack a differnt target. but its a chance that they will still act on thier own and not follow your whispers in their ears

In Warcraft III you can controll people who leave. More often than not there were a horde of Peasants running at you or a bunch of big angry birds hflying toward your camp some 5 minutes after they left O.o

Too many immature people in the world to do that.
